Below are ways to receive discounted registration to the conference. Please read the descriptions carefully as specific requirements may apply.
For every three full-priced registrations purchased as part of a single order, you receive an additional registration for free. If your order is eligible, we will email you with instructions on how to redeem your free registration(s). Presenter discounted registrations and student registrations are not eligible. Discount not eligible for registrations purchased before August 11, 2021.
Submit an application to present a conference session. The application deadline is June 22. If approved, up to three presenters for each approved presentation will receive a 25% registration discount. (This is in addition to any “early bird” rates that may be in effect for all conference registrants.) A special code to receive this discount will be included in each presenter acceptance email.
The Burroughs Wellcome Fund Scholars Program is limited to the first 50 teachers who work at schools located in Tier 1 or Tier 2 North Carolina counties. Click here to determine whether your school's county is classified as Tier 1 or Tier 2. In addition to free registration, each Burroughs Wellcome Fund Scholar is eligible to receive substitute teacher reimbursement (up to $80 each day of the conference, not to exceed $160). .
